Partnership Starts at the RFP: Evolving the Search Process to Develop Valuable Relationships

Clients and agencies are looking for the same thing: a partnership that allows both parties to do great work and make a difference for their businesses. So why is it so difficult to create great partnerships? This interactive breakfast roundtable will highlight how following a traditional RFP process can set the Client/Agency relationship up for failure, and how both Clients and Agencies can build partnerships in new ways.

Together we will uncover:

  • The mistakes that both Agencies and Clients make as part of the decision making process. (Yes, this is a two-way street).
  • The key goals that both groups can use to find shared success.
  • New ways of getting past those old “rules” to get to what you both really need to know in order to make a good “buyer and seller” decision.

Please note: we’ll be asking you to complete a very quick survey via email about your past experiences in order to tailor our conversation for those in attendance – so register early!
