This workshop will do a deep dive about strategies and tactics to improve:
- Self awareness
- Self management
- Organizational awareness
- Relationship management
Prior to the workshop, attendees will complete the Emotional Intelligence Profile. During the workshop, you will analyze your results against others who have advanced in their career. This analysis will then be used to create 3-5 goals that will help you advance in your career.
Note: Once you register, you will receive a copy of the Emotional Intelligence Profile to bring to the workshop.

Pam Watson Korbel is a certified Emotional Intelligence coach and trainer through the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. She provides coaching for career development, sales performance and entrepreneurial growth in addition to sales consulting. She has a rich background in executive management serving as chief growth officer of a California software firm that grew 400% in five years, and of a Denver health care firm that doubled every year for five consecutive years. She holds an MBA and BA in journalism from Creighton University.
