About the roundtables:
The BMA roundtables provide an opportunity for you to meet with your peers and learn in a casual, relaxed environment different from your typical roundtable events. Each roundtable kicks off at 7:30 a.m. during which you’ll enjoy breakfast and networking and then at 8 a.m. sharp, the interactive presentation kicks off. During the presentation, questions and interaction with the presenter will be encouraged.

Benjamin has been around production his whole life. At the age of 10 he performed on stage with the Denver Center Theatre Company and has been involved in various productions ever since.
Benjamin served six years on active duty with the Air Force as an Imagery Analyst and Combat Targeteer. Ben deployed in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and had the honor of providing Intelligence support to some of our nation’s finest warriors. After separating from the Air Force he joined the video production business with his father.
Benjamin has produced over 200 corporate videos, several broadcast commercials and 5 short films. He has a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing from Full Sail University with an emphasis in Screenwriting. He has a love for visual storytelling and can frequently be found watching great films or writing one of his own.

Director, Actor and Author
Tom has worked in the film, television, video, and theatre production industries. Since 1976, he has produced and directed hundreds of videos for dozens of Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Hewlett Packard, Frontier Airlines and the Gates Corporation, to name a few. In addition to directing dozens of commercials, public service announcements, and a variety of short films, Tom has directed more than 30 main stage theatre productions. Since joining the Screen Actors’ Guild in 1984, Tom has appeared in national commercials and on television. He considers working with TV icon Dick Van Dyke on Diagnosis Murder a career highlight.
Tom is a chief master sergeant in the Air Force Reserve assigned to Headquarters Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, where he serves as an individual reservist to the public affairs functional manager.
Tom is adapting his first book, That’s How I Remember It!, for the screen. Volume Two of his book will be published later in 2014. The director/producer lives with his family in Colorado and considers his grandchildren to be his three, greatest “productions.”

Marketing and business development consultant
Felicia has more than 20 years of leadership in consumer and B2B marketing. Her career has spanned many industries including hospitality, managed services, medical devices, industrial manufacturing and more. She leads a consulting practice that focuses on guiding marketing teams as they transition through marketing technology, specifically focusing on the digital toolsets for marketers (marketing automation, social media management and sales enablement) and the collaboration with their IT departments.
Felicia served as a global demand generation leader for the Gates Corporation. Prior to Gates, she launched the U.S. Marketing Operations function at Covidien. After serving clients such as Marriott International and Every Day with Rachel Ray Magazine through a marketing consulting practice, she became the marketing leader for the Furniture and Facilities products business for Corporate Express. In earlier years, she spent a decade in various marketing leadership roles with ARAMARK, serving as vice president, Marketing for the largest business unit. Prior to ARAMARK, Felicia created change in the hotel business, holding various operational and marketing roles for such brands as Hyatt, Hilton, Sheraton and Marriott. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the Pennsylvania State University. She also received her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University.
