Kate McDaniel's Case Study: BeMerrySanta Goes Social
We want to use social media to build our brand with our mall-operator partners around the country. Oh, and by the way, we want to own the voice of Santa online, too!.....so said Judy Noerr, founder and owner of The Noerr Programs, to Jeff Cohn, CEO of Cohn Marketing.
And so began a conversation between Noerr and Cohn which resulted in the creation of comprehensive social media program that successfully shifted Noerr's relationship with its largest client, Simon Property Group, from photo vendor to strategic partner, while capturing the voice of Santa online.
In Kate's case study, she will reveal the integrated agency's approach to development and execution of the program, highlighting best practices and key results.
